Directions for use:

1. Peel off paper backing, firming stick (under) garment guard onto the crotch of the pants.
2. Put on your pants and wear them confidently.
3. After removing your pants, remove and discard (under) garment guard.
4. Use a damp clothing to remove any remaining adhesive on your pants.
